Retrato/ Portrait

Pinté este retrato en papel Dalbe, que es un papel para bocetos en acuarela. Es muy barato y normalmente lo empleo para bocetos en color, pero últimamente lo estoy usando para retratos porque es muy absorbente y puedo pintar rápidamente tal como hago en óleo.
Preparé dos mezclas, una muy oscura y otra clara. La más oscura la puse en el lado derecho del retrato con rojo winsor azul ultramar y naranja, luego extendí el color claro en el resto del retrato. Más tarde pinte los valores medios y finalmente los ojos y la boca.

I did this portrait on Dalbe paper, one whose use is for sketches in watercolor. It's very cheap and I paint usually with it for color sketches, but lately I'm using for portraits because is very absorbent, and I can paint very quickly as I do in oil.
I prepared two blends, one very dark and other light. I put on the right had of portrait the mix more dark, with red winsor, ultramarine and orange, then I spread the light color, red and orange, on the rest of portrait. Later I painted the middle values and finally the eyes and mouth.
